Established Childcare Program
A.C.E Child Development Centre has been serving The City of Calgary and area families since 1987. During this time, we have built and maintained a reputation for providing high quality care and educational programming delivered by experienced, motivated and long serving educators.
Not for Profit Organization
Without the need to make a profit, your child’s tuition goes directly toward running our program by employing high quality educators, maintaining infrastructure well, developing educational programming, and serving nutritious meals. Our governing Board of Directors, made up of current and past parents, addresses policy issues, monitors and evaluates the Centre’s performance and assists in developing growth strategies.
Exceptional Staff
We select educators based on their early childhood specific education and experience as well as their sensitivity to the needs and uniqueness of young children. Our educators act as facilitators of play. They create optimal environments for children to explore, allowing children to gain confidence and build skills while promoting positive interactions with peers and adults, offering gentle and fair guidance when necessary, expanding on children’s interests to help them learn new skills, and fostering a positive disposition to learning.
